THE ROOM
(2003)

Running Time: 99 minutes.

Starts at: 7:00pm

Plot Synopsis: The plot is inconsequential. Movie Night returns with Tommy Wiseau's cult movie masterpiece, "The Room." Writer, Producer, Director and Star, Wiseau sports that magical combination of inexperience, extreme self-assuredness, European-ness and complete lack of ability that makes the BEST bad films, because there is no wink to the audience, no attempt to be cheesy, and no pretensions at all: It's just pure intention to make a great, moving and serious film, failing on every single measurable level. It's been called "The modern-Day Rocky Picture Horror Show" for it's growing popularity in midnight theater showings where rabid fans come to make fun of it and throw plastic spoons at the screen. Perpare to enter... The Room.

Film Facts: Wiseau paid for a billboard for his movie that was displayed in downtown Los Angeles for 5 years. (Those billboards cost on average 15-20 thousand dollars per month.)
